Nestled up on the North Coast we have plenty of incredible basalt sea cliffs to offer perfect for novice climbers and seasoned veterans who are always welcomed by the friendly climbing community up here.

“Learn the ropes” on our Into Rock Adventure for ages 5+ and all abilities - The perfect adventure to get you introduced to Rock Climbing on real rock with the stunning backdrop of our famous North Coast scenery!
We will meet you at the Portballintrea beach car park and then have a picturesque 20min walk along a boardwalk and train track to the crag at Runkerry Head.
Once there you will experience a truly exhilarating activity. We will teach you how to climb up a rock face, and abseil (descend) down a rock face safely! No matter your ability, everyone leaves this activity feeling like they’ve accomplished something great!
It is a brilliant activity to challenge yourself both mentally and physically in a safe and fun environment where our main aim is to make sure you have a positive experience!
This venue has so much to offer and we will adjust the session to each individual group and can offer either easier or harder climbs.
This Venue is Perfect for Groups, Families and Friends
This is our exhilarating Fairhead experience. This place is way better than the giants causeway (just ask the climbers from all over the world who come here) and is guaranteed to take your breath away.
Fairhead boasts a staggering height of 150meters in some places! although we only use a section of the cliff that is 30 meters high, It will still allow you to take in the awe inspiring atmosphere Fairhead has to offer.
This activity is designed for keen beginners or intermediates who have climbed indoors and would like to get a feel for real rock and rope work. We offer a minimum of a top rope and bottom rope on at least two different climbs and a abseil at the start. Don’t worry if this is new to you we will teach you as much as you wish to know; including knots, climbing technique, belaying, movement and the basics of rock climbing.

Don’t want to climb? No worries come on our incredible abseiling only adventure
Abseiling involves descending a rope on a cliff face whilst being in control of your own speed and body. Don’t worry you won’t be alone you will be kept safe with our highly qualified instructors.
This is a great way to experience the great outdoors, face your fears and even raise money for charity! This activity is accessible for all (we have even done a wheel chair abseil for children in need).
We can offer two main locations for your abseil, either Fairhead (our default choice) or the Roe Valley Country Park Limavady (We require at least 20 days notice to use this venue).
Both abseils are around 90ft in height. Both offer unique atmospheres from the stunning sea cliffs of Fairhead to the dense woodland above the River Roe.
