TERMS & CONDITIONS

Outdoor and adventurous activities place the participant in potentially unfamiliar environments and potentially pose a danger of personal injury or death. Participants undertaking these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement. We will ensure precautions are in place to minimize the likelihood of any incidents occurring.

  • All lead instructors hold relevant Qualifications and Outdoor First Aid.

  • In the unlikely event of an incident (injury or illness) a staff member has the right to perform necessary First Aid treatment.

  • Instructors will deliver a safety briefing before the activity which will include instruction for safe and appropriate use of equipment. It is the responsibility of the participant to continue to use the equipment correctly throughout the session and to notify the instructor if they feel something is not right. If a participant notices any damage to equipment, they must notify a member of staff.

  • It is the responsibility of the participant or the legal guardian to disclose any medical conditions that we need to be aware of (for example Asthma/Anaphylaxis) so that we can ensure relevant precautions/medication is brought with us on the activity.

  • Any required/emergency medication must be carried by the instructor during the session. This will be kept in a specific dry bag. Participants must remember to collect medication after the session. We are not held responsible for medication left with the instructor.

  • REVIVE’s top priority is that we provide a safe and enjoyable activity for you and your loved ones. Please chat to us if you have any special requirements or suggestions to ensure you have an excellent time whilst partaking in our activities.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancel online through the link in the confirmation email or contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.

No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the full price.
